Add an EPG (XMLTV) URL if your provider uses a separate guide source, then refresh EPG.
Create favourites and custom groups so your channels are easy to browse.
Setup by Device
Firestick: Install the Android TV version and keep storage free. Add your playlist and EPG, then reduce UI animations on older sticks.
Nvidia Shield: Use the Play Store install, then enable premium options like recording if you have storage attached.
Chromecast with Google TV: Install, add your playlist, and turn on auto-refresh so your channels stay updated.
Android TV Box: Ensure you have enough RAM/storage. Add playlist, configure EPG, and group channels for quick navigation.
Common TiviMate Problems & Fixes
Check that your playlist URL is still valid and your device has connectivity. Try refreshing the playlist in Settings. If the URL changed, re-add it.
Confirm your timezone and EPG offset settings. Refresh EPG and verify the XMLTV URL is correct. Some providers require a separate EPG URL.
Ensure you are signed into the same Google account used for purchase. Restore purchases in settings and restart the app.
Premium is required. Connect storage, enable recording, and ensure your provider supports recording/catch-up.
Clear cache, reboot the Firestick, and reduce playlist refresh frequency. On older sticks, disabling heavy UI animations can help stability.
